<p>These earrings are their own little pieces of art. The tiniest (made of only 22 gauge wire) jump rings were handwoven one at a time into the difficult <span class="caps">JPL</span> chainmaille pattern. Each ring is made of solid sterling silver. The chain is .12 inch wide, which for hand woven chainmail is very small indeed.</p>
<p>A gorgeously clear, sparkly sparkly faceted sky blue topaz tear drop was securely wire wrapped in more sterling silver. Yes, it’s so sparkly I had to say sparkly twice. Here’s the great part. Only one of the loops is connected to the chainmail.</p>
<p>From the other loop dangles a tiny garnet on a hand formed spiral headpin. A solitary ring is attached to the bottom of that spiral head pin, to complete the look.</p>
<p>Everything hangs from handmade, rounded, over-sized sterling earwires. Each earring is perfectly balanced to create “right angles” with the wraps on the topaz. This is my own unique design.</p>
