These earrings are called Biohazard earrings because the weave is reminiscent of the biohazard symbol. There are no actual biohazards associated with these earrings!

Aura is a weave that’s relatively new to the chainmaille scene. The weave I’ve used in these earrings is the exact opposite of it. The inverted version is a bit lighter, and more clean looking.

They might look big and chunky, but they’re actually very lightweight! Bright aluminum is a shiny, bright metal that doesn’t rust, tarnish, or form a patina. It weighs much much less than steel or sterling silver. The pair of earrings actually weighs less than a US quarter! The rings holding this weave together are brass. Ear wires are solid sterling silver, as always!
